Customers - Can log in securely and track their jobs on their calendar, can link to assigned workers and manager’s email or email owner, and can leave a request for service. Can initiate and or participate in a topic oriented blog type conversation and invite pertinent others to join. |
Appointment Setters - Can see "free for appointments slots”. Can see Can set an appointment and enter a new potential customer’s demographic information. Can see and set appointments for and make notes on customers assigned to them in lead generation. Can initiate and or participate in a topic oriented blog type conversation, and invite pertinent others to participate. |

Installers - Can see information about customers who have been assigned to them for tech measures and installations or service. Can enter tech measure specifications prior to product ordering. Can make appointments or move them and update appointment or task status, and can email customer or other workers or subcontractors regarding scheduling details or preparation instructions. Can mouse over link from their own calendar to customer’s calendar which shows all sales and ongoing jobs and tasks and paperwork and download for printing as needed. Can initiate and or participate in a topic oriented blog type conversation and invite pertinent others to join. Can add comments about a task in a field visible to a customer or in a field only visible to company persons with customer view permissions. |

Salespeople - Can set appointments or tasks or move them and create follow ups. Can share appointments with workers or other salespeople. Can set "Free For Appointments" repeating times for appointment setters to fill. Can enter new sales/quotes, or copy them and modify them. Can Download or upload documents pertinent to the customer and the sale. Can initiate or participate in a topic orient blog type conversation and invite pertinent others to join. |
Managers - Can issue customers to appointment setters, sales people or installers. Can make appointments or tasks and move them or share them or reissue the assignee. Can make task sets Can enter new products Can download or upload new documents pertinent to a customer and a sale. Can upload and associate forms with products and can configure forms for auto filling. Can initiate and or participate in a topic oriented blog type conversation and invite pertinent others to join. |
Administrator - Can see customer and vendor and worker and sale information and can see and enter accounting information. |
Owner - Has all powers and can additionally add or inactivate users or change their status. Edit the home page and it's links to consumer oriented brochure type pages |
